The Roland Support team provides software, hardware and application support for the entire Roland range and consists of highly skilled engineers who are adept at problem solving and have a wealth of knowledge on Roland products and the industries the products are used in.
Customer support
All support team members are comprehensively trained and provide phone, email to ensure that your problem is solved as soon as possible. If an on-site repair is required, an engineer is assigned to visit within agreed service level response times.
